What you’ll be doing
  • ead the team in developing strategies, planning content, and optimizing content to meet the client's needs.
  • Manage the successful execution of multiple accounts, ensuring adherence to time and budget constraints.
  • Facilitate daily client interactions to ensure smooth and effective communication.
  • Serve as the organizational hub for projects, overseeing management, problem-solving, and execution.
  • Mentor and support junior team members to foster their professional growth.
  • Control the final quality of essential materials, including press releases, pitches, and media strategies.
  • Build, maintain, and supervise media lists and an ongoing coverage tracker.
Responsibilities:
  • Act as the primary liaison for clients, ensuring clear and consistent communication with the team.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships, delivering well-strategized integrated communications programs.
  • Stay abreast of social media channels, trends, and analytical tools, offering recommendations to enhance our strategies.
  • Assist in identifying new business opportunities with both existing and potential channels.
  • Collaborate with the team and clients to uncover opportunities for greater impact and improved results.
  • Guide and mentor junior team members, aiding them in the creation and delivery of high-quality strategic plans.
  • Take an active role in brainstorming sessions for new business, assuming responsibility for parts of new business proposals under the direction of Directors or senior leaders.
  • Foster a welcoming and inclusive environment that engages all individuals, demonstrating flexibility in a dynamic work environment.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Excellent spoken and written English.
  • Relevant 3-5 years of PR experience with a focus on technology within an agency or similar environments.
  • Proven experience in project leadership is crucial, along with establishing strong client relationships.
  • Proactive in identifying potential project risks and implementing effective mitigation strategies.
  • Familiarity with industry-standard project management tools, processes, and platforms.
  • Experienced in strategic scheduling to ensure full team participation in meetings.
  • Strong skills in project initiation, budgeting, resource management, and reporting.
  • Background in handling integrated accounts and a solid grasp of global project dynamics.
